An Iowa native, Pastor Randy has served as Senior Pastor for 16 years. He spends his time preaching, working with Elders and volunteers and overseeing the many ministries of Cedar Hills. Randy is married to Cindy and they have four children.

Overseeing Adult Ministry, Outreach and Missions, Pastor Robin has served as the Associate Pastor at Cedar Hills for 14 years. Originally from Indiana, he is married to Kathryn and they have two children.

Moving to Iowa from the Northwest, Pastor Phil began his ministry at Cedar Hills in 2001 and has faithfully led us into the “throne zone” through worship each week for the last 6 years. Growing up in Mississippi, Pastor Patrick joined the Cedar Hills staff at the beginning of 2006. He spends his time building relationships and mentoring Jr. and Sr. High students through teaching them Biblical truths, attending their school events, and just having fun. He and his wife Bethany have one child.

Called to Ministry in 2001, Mark moved with his family to Chicago to complete his Master’s of Arts in Religion at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He joined Cedar Hills E-Free straight from seminary, beginning ministry with us in January 2006. Crazy about kids, Mark considers himself as their ‘coach’ in Christ—“It’s great when you know you’re on the winning team!” He considers his primary responsibility to be supporting parents in their efforts to raise God-honoring children. Mark spends his free time with his wife, Gayle and two children, Audrey and Reid.
